Read this before you enter a paid tournament. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Sivex is operated by Avenir Marche Limited.

1. You can lose your entry fees

Most players in a tournament do not win a prize. An entry fee is spent when the tournament starts and is not returned if you finish outside the paid places. Enter only with money you can afford to lose, and never with borrowed money or money you need for living costs.

2. Results are not guaranteed

Your result depends on your decisions, on how other players perform, and on how markets move during the tournament. Markets can move sharply and without warning. A past result, rating or ranking, yours or anyone else’s, does not predict a future one.

3. This is a competition, not an investment

• The trading capital in a tournament is virtual. You do not own any asset you trade there, and tournament profit or loss is a score, not money.
• Sivex is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a fund, and does not manage money for you.
• Skill shown in a tournament does not mean you will make money trading real markets, where costs, liquidity and risk are different.

4. No advice

Nothing on Sivex is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. That includes prices, charts, leaderboards, replays, learning pages, chat, and anything said by a creator, a crew or another player. Make your own decisions and speak to a qualified adviser if you need one.

5. Prices and technology

Prices come from third-party market data feeds and may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. The Service, your device or your connection may fail during a tournament, and an order may not be placed or closed when you intend. We may pause, void or re-settle affected trades or tournaments as set out in the Terms of Service.

6. Digital assets

Deposits and withdrawals use stablecoins on public blockchains. A stablecoin can lose its peg. Network fees and confirmation times vary. A transfer to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be reversed and the funds may be lost. Your Balance is not a bank deposit and is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

7. Law and tax where you live

Paid skill competitions and digital assets are regulated differently in different places. You are responsible for checking that taking part is lawful where you are, and for any tax due on your prizes. Sivex is not available in the places listed on the Availability page.

8. Stay in control

Sivex is for adults aged 18 and over. Set a deposit limit, take a break or exclude yourself at any time in your account settings. See Responsible Trading.
